"Cheesy" Kale chips

Place cashews in a bowl of water and soak overnight. Drain and rinse. Place the cashews in a blender with the remaining ingredients, except for kale and2 tsp. olive oil. Blend on high speed until very smooth.  Heat the oven to 250 degrees F. Lay a piece of foil on a baking sheet andlightly grease with the 2 tsp. of olive oil.  Wash kale and dry it thoroughly. Remove large stems and chop the leaves into chunks. Transfer the kale to a large bowl, pour the sauce over top, and toss to coat. Spread the coated kale into a thin even layer on the prepared baking sheet.  Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Toss, and bake for another 30minutes. The chips should be crispy and crunchy when done.
