Baked Garlic Rainbow Trout

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.  

 

Place the fillets, skin side down, in a baking dish. Sprinkle the fillets evenly with garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the tinfoil and bake for another 5 minutes.  

 

Let fish cool for 5 minutes and serve.
