Balsamic Peach & Goat Cheese Salad

Place mixed baby greens into a large salad bowl. Sprinkle the top of the salad with sliced peaches, pecan pieces and goat cheese.To make the dressing, whisk together balsamic vinegar, mustard and salt in asmall bowl. While whisking vigorously, slowly drizzle olive oil into the vinaigrette.  

 

Dress the salad with the vinaigrette at the dinner table just before serving.
