Bangkok Meatballs

Place the first 7 ingredients listed into a food processor and process until mixture forms a smooth paste. Add the paste to the turkey along with honey, eggs, arrowroot starch, sea salt and pepper. Combine, but do not over mix.

 

Using a tablespoon, scoop and roll mixture into meatballs. Heat a wok over medium heat, and add coconut oil. Stir-fry the meatballs in the oil for about 10 minutes, until the meatballs are browned on all sides. Alternatively, you can bake the meatballs in a 325 degree F oven for 25 minutes.
