Beef Stir-Fry
Heat a wok or a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, steak and onion. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and then add all of the remaining ingredients. Sauté for 5 minutes, then turn the heat to medium. Sauté foranother 10 minutes then remove from heat. Serve stir-fry over 1/2 cup of brown rice.

Bragg's soy sauce : 2 tablespoon
