Broiled Haddock Fillets

Preheat the oven broiler and set the oven rack to about 6 inches away from the heat source. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease using 1tbsp. olive oil.  

 

Arrange the haddock fillets on the greased baking sheet and brush fillets with2 tsp. olive oil. Season fillets with cumin, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.  

 

Broil in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, until the fish is cooked through. Serve the broiled haddock fillets with a side of vegetables.
