Canadian Nut mix
Preheat oven to 175 degrees F and grease a large baking tray with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites with cinnamon and sea salt. Slowly beat in syrup and vanilla, then fold in the nuts until they are well coated. Spread nut mixture evenly on the tray and bake until the egg white coating hardens, about 2-4 hours.
