Cedar Salmon
Place cedar planks on the grill and keep the temperature medium. Close the cover for 15 minutes to really “smoke” the planks prior to adding the fish. Place fillets, skin side down, on a platter or board ready to transfer to the cedar planks. Top with garlic, chopped dill, lemon slices, onion slices and pepper. Place fish on the planks and grill for approximately 15 minutes. Fish is ready to serve when it flakes easily and is warm in the middle.
