Chinese Shiitake Chicken Wraps
Add oil to a hot pan. Add chicken and sear it by stir-frying 1–2 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook another 1–2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to season, then garlic and ginger. Cook a minute more. Add in zest, bell pepper, water chestnuts and green onions. Cook another minute, continuing to stirfry mixture. Add honey, fish sauce and soy sauce. Toss to coat the mixture evenly. Pile spoonfuls of the chicken mushroom mixture into lettuce leaves. Try squeezing an orange wedge on top before closing the wrap. Serve.
