Classic Vinaigrette

Whisk together pepper, salt, mustard, honey and red wine vinegar in a small bowl until evenly combined. Slowly drizzle olive oil into the mixture, while whisking it vigorously, until all of the oil is added. 

 

 Use immediately for a salad, or store in the refrigerator for later use. If it has been stored, shake or whisk the dressing again before using it on a salad.
