Cobb Salad
In a large salad bowl toss together romaine lettuce, Boston lettuce, curly endive and watercress. Cut avocados into 1/2-inch pieces. Arrange chicken, turkey bacon, tomato and the avocado pieces decoratively over the greens and garnish the salad with egg and chives. Pour a dressing over the salad, such as Feta Vinaigrette, and toss well just before serving.

watercress, stems discarded : 2 cup

hard-boiled egges, sliced : 2

chopped fresh chives : 2 tablespoon
