Coconut chocolate Fudge
Place coconut oil in a small saucepan. Melt over low heat until liquid. Stir in cocoa powder until smooth. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in honey, almonds and vanilla.
Spread the fudge paste into a small greased plastic container and place in the fridge for 2 hours.Once chilled, remove fudge from the fridge, cut into chunks, and serve.

toasted almonds: 1 tablespoon

natural vanilla extract : 0.5 teaspoon
