Creamy Lemon Balsamic Dressing

Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic together in a small bowl until evenly combined. Slowly drizzle olive oil into the mixture while whisking it vigorously until all of the oil is added. Serve dressing immediately over a salad, or store in the refrigerator for later use. If it has been stored, whisk or shake the dressing before using it on a salad.  

 

Note: Look for natural mayonnaise in the natural foods section of your supermarket, or at a health food store.

natural mayonnaise : 2 tablespoon

balsamic vinegar : 2 tablespoon

Dijon mustard: 2 teaspoon
