Crock Pot Lamb
Spread slices of onion on the bottom of a crock pot. Rub lamb with soy sauce and season with salt and pepper
.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.Place the lamb in the pan and brown both sides for about 3 minutes each. Add the lamb to the crock pot, on top of the onions. Pour red wine onto the hot skillet and use a whisk or wooden spoon to scrapethe browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Pour the skillet contents overtop of the lamb. Add all remaining ingredients to the crock pot and cook on LOW for 6-8hours.
