Easy Make Quinoa
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add quinoa, stirring occasionally until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in stock with garlic, onion, parsley, thyme and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until quinoa is tender, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
