Easy Tomato Chicken

In a large frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, then add chicken. Cook the chicken on medium-high heat until browned on each side and no longer pink in the centre, about 3–5 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the pan with onion and garlic. Sauté until tender, about 1–2 minutes. Add marinara sauce, cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cover to simmer for 4–5 minutes on medium heat. Pour sauce over chicken breasts and serve.
