Flank Steak
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, rice wine, lime juice and sesame oil. Stir in onion, basil, mint, lemon grass, chili paste, coriander and garlic salt.
Lay out flank steak in a flat dish and cover with the marinade that you just made. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate. Spray a large sheet of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Drain liquid from the marinade. Lay meat on the foil, covered with any remaining non-liquid marinade ingredients. Bring the edges of the foil up and over the steaks and fold to seal. Grill for 20 minutes. Serve.
