Garlic & Pineapple Chicken Saute

Slice chicken into thin.

 

olive oil over medium-high heat in a large non-stick skillet. Add chicken, onion, sea salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink.

 

Add garlic, bell peppers, and pineapple. Sauté for 8 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in spinach. Cook another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
