Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

 

Grease a loaf pan using 2 tsp. of coconut oil.Combine all of the wet ingredients together in a blender or a food processor. Transfer the wet mixture into a large mixing bowl.

 

In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients, then stir the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients. Mix until evenly combined.  Transfer batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 50 minutes oruntil a toothpick inserted to the centre of the loaf comes out cleanly. Servewarm or cold.
