Gourmet Cole Slaw

Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Toss all of the vegetables together in a large bowl, then pour the dressing over top. Toss together until vegetables are evenly coated. Chill until ready to serve. 

 

 Note: Look for Spectrum, or other natural mayonnaise, in the natural foods section of your supermarket or at a health food store.

red wine vinegar: 3 tablespoon

Dijon mustard : 1 teaspoon

lemon juice : 1 teaspoon

sea salt : 0.5 teaspoon

pepper : 0.5 teaspoon

honey : 1 tablespoon

head of green cabbage, thinly sliced : 0.5
