Grilled Halibut with Puttanesca Salsa

Heat a grill, or grill pan, to medium-high heat. Brush the fillets with 2 tsp. of olive oil and season with 1/4 tsp. of sea salt. Grill until just cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter.

 

Combine tomatoes, olives, capers and basil, in a bowl.

Warm the remaining olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and hot pepper sauce. Sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in remaining salt. Toss garlic mixture with tomato mixture, and serve spooned over halibut fillets.
