Grilled Miso Salmon

In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, ginger, vinegar and stevia, until smooth. Rub over the tops of the salmon fillets and let stand for 10 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Grease grill with olive oil. Place fillets on the grill and close lid. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes, or until fish is cooked through. When tested with a fork, fish should flake easily.

Tip: Use a wide spatula to release the delicate fish from the grill and a pair of tongs to gently turn it.
