Grilled Steak abd Asparagus Salad

Combine celery seed, sea salt, pepper and minced garlic. Rub all over steak. Brush onion rings with 1tsp. olive oil. Toss asparagus with 2 tsp. olive oil. Place steak, asparagus and onion on a grill over medium-high heat. Close lid. Grill for 8 minutes.

 

Turn everything, and grill 8 more minutes. Steak should be medium-rare, onions softened, and asparagus tender-crisp. Remove to cutting board. Cut onion and asparagus in half. Slice steak thinly.

 

To make vinaigrette, whisk together ingredients in a large bowl. Add lettuce, onion and asparagus to vinaigrette. Toss to coat, and divide between four serving plates. Top each salad with a quarter of the steak and 2 tbsp. crumbled goat cheese.
