Herb Roasted Chicken Breast

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.  

 

Pour olive oil in a small baking dish, swirl dish to disperse the oil, and placein the hot oven for 2 minutes.  

 

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic, then roll the chicken in amixture of parsley, sage and thyme on a plate. Place the chicken in thebaking dish with the hot oil. 

 

 Bake for 7 minutes, then flip the chicken over and bake for another 7minutes. Garnish chicken with parsley and serve.
