Hot and Spicy Beans

Heat oil in a medium pot. Add onion, peppers, chili powder and stock. Cook until onions are soft, 2–3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except parsley. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.

 

Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
