Instant Pot Ukrainian Stew

In an Instant Pot, add onion, carrot, celery, 2 garlic cloves, potatoes, beef, marinara sauce, bouillon dissolved in water or stock, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, bay leaves and peppercorns.

 

Close the lid, set to "Stew" for 20 minutes. Once finished, the pot will beep. When this happens, turn the pressure valve to the "Venting" position to release pressure. Open the lid, add peas, dill and 2 remaining garlic cloves. Stir, then let rest for 5–10 minutes, remove bay leaves and serve hot.
