Korean Beef

Using a sharp, heavy knife, slice flank steak as thinly as possible across the grain and on the diagonal (This will be easier if the meat is partially frozen). Mix all other ingredients in a shallow dish and marinate beef in the mixture, refrigerated, for several hours or overnight.

 

Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the marinade. Fold or "ribbon" the strips of beef onto skewers that have been soaked in water. Cook on the barbeque, over medium-high heat, for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Serve hot.
