Maca Chocolate Chop Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

 

Line a baking sheet with parchmentpaper.In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together all of the dry ingredients, except chocolate chips. Mix together milk and cider vinegar in a large mixing bowl.

 

Add theremaining wet ingredients to the milk and vinegar mixture. Stir to combine.Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and mix together. Fold in the chocolate chips. If the dough is too wet to form balls add 1- 2 tbsp. spelt flour toincrease the firmness of the dough.

 

Divide dough into 8 balls, and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.Bake for 9 minutes. Let cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving
