Marinated Turkey Breast
In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, basil and pepper. Rub over turkey breast. Insert one garlic clove into each end of the turkey breast, and one in the centre.
In a large shallow dish, blend olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and honey. Place the breast in the dish, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
Preheat grill to high heat. Lightly grease the grill grate with olive oil. Place turkey breast on the grill, discard marinade. Close the lid, and grill turkey breast for about 15 minutes on each side, or to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F (68 degrees C).
