Parchment Baked Halibut

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

 

Tear off a large square of parchment paper. Fold it in half to form a triangle. Set the parchment on a baking sheet.

Open the paper and place fish along the inside crease. Sprinkle the fish with all of the remaining ingredients.

 

Fold the top of the paper over the fish and seal all of the parchment edges by folding them in small overlapping folds. Bake for 12 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky. Serve hot.
