Peanut butter Chocolate Chip Blondies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease an 8 x 8" baking dish with coconut oil. In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey and egg until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips.
Mix until smooth. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
Store left over squares in an airtight container in the fridge.

natural peanut butter OR almond butter : 1 cup

honey : 0.66 cup

egg, whisked : 1

coconut flour, OR almond flour OR spelt flour OR ground flax seeds : 0.25 cup
