Quick and Savoury Haddock

Place butter and garlic in a pan on medium heat and sauté for 1 minute. Add wine and lemon juice. Cover and reduce the heat. Season fillets with salt, pepper, paprika and cilantro. Place in the pan with the wine mixture. Cover and allow the fish to cook for about 4 minutes per side at medium-high heat. Serve.
