Raw Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

In a food processor, chop pecans until they are crumbly. Add in the rest of the crust ingredients and process until thoroughly combined. Transfer the crust to a 6" square container lined with plastic wrap, and press down evenly. Place in the freezer.

 

Meanwhile, mix all filling ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour over crust and smooth the top. Set in the freezer for 4 hours. When firm, slice and serve with chocolate sauce swirled on top.
