Roasted Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, red pepper and balsamic dressing, then place cauliflower on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and thyme. Roast until golden and tender, about 20 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
