Roasted Turkey Legs
Place turkey legs, soy sauce, garlic, white wine and rosemary in a container ora large resealable plastic bag.
Mix together and marinate in the fridge for atleast an hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Transfer the turkey legs and marinade toa roasting dish. Sprinkle the turkey legs with onion, pepper, oregano, thyme and red pepper flakes, if desired. Place roasting dish in the oven, uncovered, and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, until meat is cooked through. Let cool 15 minutes and serve.
