Salmon Burger

Pour off excess liquid from can of salmon. Chop salmon until pieces are about the size of small peas.

 

In a bowl, mix together the salmon, onion, egg, lemon juice, horse radish and dill. Form into two patties and let chill for at least 2 hours before cooking.

 

Heat grill to medium-high and when hot, cook salmon burgers covered, for 3 minutes on each side.

Can serve on top of a salad or in a gluten free bun.
