Salmon in Parchment

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Tear off a large square of parchment. Fold it in half to form a triangle. Set the parchment on a baking sheet.

 

Open the paper and place the fish along side the inside crease. Sprinkle the fish with olive oil, dill, pepper, and scallions.

Fold the top of the paper over. Fold the edges of the parchment paper multiple times to create a tight seal. Bake for 12 minutes.

 

Note: vegetables can be added in with the salmon and baked.
