Salmon Loaf

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan with olive oil.  In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg, almond/rice milk, lemon juice, dill, thyme, salt and pepper. Add the two cans of salmon and ground flaxseeds/breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly. 

 

Press the salmon mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
