Smoked Salmon Triangles with Lemon Dill Mayo

Cut slices of bread in half, on the diagonal, to make 24 triangles. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the bread triangles and top with slices of smoked salmon. Sprinkle all of the salmon triangles with chopped dill before serving.  Note: Look for natural mayonnaise in the natural foods section of your supermarket or at a health food store.
