Spiced Cumin & Garlic Flank Steak

In a bowl, stir together olive oil, garlic, stevia or honey, cumin, chili powder, sea salt and pepper. Rub over entire flank steak, and let stand for 15 minutes.

 

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

 

Grease grill with olive oil. Place steak on grill and close lid. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6 minutes for medium-rare. Thinly slice against the grain for serving.
