Spicy Stir-Fried Vegetables
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Stir in garlic and jalapeƱo. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add zucchini, bell peppers, beans and shallot. Continue to cook and stir until tender, about 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Serve.
Ingredients:
