Spinach Salad

1 tbsp. salad dressing (pick a dressing from the recipe book).OR use an Oil & Vinegar dressing.  Place spinach on a serving plate, or in a Tupperware container if packing forlunch. Sprinkle with red onion, tomato, cucumber and yellow pepper.  Coat salad with dressing if eating immediately, or pack dressing in a smallcontainer if using for lunch.
