Steak Stir-Fry
Season steak with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, chili pepper and lime juice. Add the beef, toss to coat and set aside. In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring, until cooked through, 3–5 minutes. Remove the beef from the frying pan and set aside. Heat the liquid in the pan to reduce until thickened, about 1 minute. Add garlic and green onions and cook 1 minute more. Add remaining vegetables, cooking until all vegetables are crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Return the beef to the pan and toss to combine. Serve.
