Strawberry Mango Pineapple Popsicles
Add pineapple, mango, yogurt and, if desired, stevia to a blender. Blend until mixture becomes a smooth purée. Stir in strawberries to the pineapple and mango purée. Pour the mixture into four plastic cups or popsicle molds and cover with plastic wrap. Pierce a hole in the centre of the plastic wrap and add a popsicle stick to each cup or mold. Put in the freezer until the puree has set, about 3-4 hours. Run hot tap water over the outside of each cup or popsicle mold for 15 seconds to release the fruit popsicle from the cup or mold. Serve immediately.
Note: A variety of fruits can be substituted in this recipe to create different flavours.
