Succulent Salmon Steaks

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Place onion and mushrooms on the bottom of a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle spinach over top. Arrange salmon steaks on top of the vegetables.  Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and seasonings in a small dish and brush mixture over top of the salmon. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve salmon garnished with fresh cilantro leaves.
