Super-Quick Almond Crisps
Process nuts in a blender until coarsely chopped (a few seconds). Place in a bowl. Stuff butter, honey, stevia and vanilla into the bottom of the blender. Process for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture to the bowl containing the nuts and mix thoroughly with a spatula. Oil a baking dish with the cooking spray and drop one tablespoon of the almond mixture at a time onto it. Bake at 375°F until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
