Sweet 'N Sour Cocktail Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.Using clean hands, mix together ground turkey/beef, egg, onion, garlic andall of the seasonings, in a large bowl. Roll the ground meat mixture into 11/2 inch wide meatballs and place them in a baking dish. Bake the meatballsuncovered for 10 minutes.  Meanwhile, make the sweet 'n sour sauce by whisking the applesauce, tomatopaste, vinegar, apple juice and chicken broth together in a bowl.Remove meatballs from the oven and flip them over. Pour sweet 'n soursauce evenly over the meatballs. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered. Let cool for5 minutes before serving.
