Thai Chicken Balls

In a large bowl, mix together chicken and “bread” crumbs. Season with green onion, coriander, cilantro, chili sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Using damp hands, form the mixture into evenly shaped balls or burger patties. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken balls in batches until well browned all over. Serve.

Ingredients:

ground chicken : 2 lb

Italian "bread" crumbs : 0.75 cup

ground corriander : 1 tablespoon

chopped fresh cilantro : 1 cup
