Tuna Burgers

In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs. Mix in ground flax seeds/breadcrumbs, dill, horseradish, mustard, pepper and salt. Drain tuna and add to the mixture, with onion and celery. Mix and shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties.  

 

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Serve.
