Turkey Burger

Combine all ingredients in a bowl using clean hands (mango chutney optional). Form mixture into two patties, about 1/2" thick.

 

If cooking on the grill, cook patties for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. If cooking on stove top, heat 2 tsp. of coconut oil over medium-high heat in a sauté pan. Add the turkey patty and cook for 5 minutes on each side.

 

Serve with a gluten-free bun.
